Return Policy
• Customer must submit a Return Form for an RA number to be issued.
• Goods can only be returned within a 12 month period after purchase.
• Dawn Industries will only accept return of goods determined upon inspection as saleable.
• Returned goods will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• Customers will be responsible for any and all return shipping fees.
• Credit memo can be used for product only.
